Fabrication

The BG Poinsettia is the largest platform fabricated to date in Trinidad and Tobago. It carries a combined weight of 3,658 tons and a total floor area of 47,000 sq. ft. It is comprised of a Lift frame, Mezzanine deck, Production deck and Cellar deck. The "Poinsettia Project" was awarded Overseas Project of the Year Award by the APM (Association of Project Management). |

Offshore Hook Up
|

The hook-up of the BG Poinsettia facility was completed by TOFCO where first gas on the facility was achieved on December 2008 as scheduled. The hook-up of the BG Poinsettia deck exemplifies the development of local skill and technology in the construction of offshore structures, as well as the ability to complete intricate facility hook-ups within stringent time constraints. |

Fabrication Facility

Located on the Gulf of Paria, in LaBrea, Trinidad, our 37 acre fabrication facility is situated on 600 feet of bulkheaded waterfront property, provides 24 hour scheduling capability, unlimited navigational clearance for load-outs and employs a skilled local workforce. |

Brace Cutting Facility
|
|
|
TOFCO has taken the lead in securing the latest technology in precision pipe cutting. Equipped with a Watson Welding Unit at our Vernon Brace Cutting Station, the station is able to cut from 3" to 48" diameter braces and designed versatile for plasma cutting (greater than 1" thickness). |
