The 15 acre Houma facility has more than 20,000 square feet of covered fabrication area, 34,000 square feet of under-roof storage capability, and 200,000 square feet of outside storage area. It has a bulkheaded waterfront with access to the Gulf of Mexico through the Houma Navigational Canal. A special feature of the Houma yard is a 210 foot by 150 foot wet slip to accommodate material barges of up to 300 feet. More than 5,600 square feet of overhead crane access area exists, permitting the easy offloading of structures or materials.
